Assembler – 1st Shift

Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Location:

Tulsa, OK (On-site)

Sign On Bonus: $750.00

Overview

As an Assembler I, you will perform assembly operations on a variety of mechanical components and systems. You will work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
  • Perform basic to intermediate assembly tasks, including sub‑assemblies, final assemblies, and testing procedures.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of completed work, ensuring proper alignment, torque, and fit.
  • Operate hoists, lifts, or other mechanical devices to position parts and assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
  • Familiar with hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer literacy for accessing work instructions and recording data.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Prior assembly experience.

Travel & Work Arrangements
  • On‑site position based in Tulsa, OK.
  • No travel required.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed, including weekends or extended shifts.
Pay Range

Starting pay for this position is $16.50 per hour. This is a full‑time, hourly position.
