VRC Loader (3rd Shift)

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a VRC Loader. This position is responsible for loading parts onto a moving production line.

• Check incoming materials to prevent production stalls.
• Ensure the work area is clean and perform necessary housekeeping.
• Perform basic math calculations as needed.
• Reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Stand at the work station for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Follow the dress code and safety procedures.
• Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
• Perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
• Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
• Work side‑by‑side with other loaders and ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and reactions.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and react to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of quality control.
