Job Title: Assembler – 1st Shift
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 a – 2:30 p
Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site)

As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations on a variety of mechanical components and systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and an understanding of mechanical assembly processes. You will work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.

• Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Perform basic to intermediate assembly tasks, including sub‑assemblies, final assemblies, and testing procedures.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Inspect and verify the quality of completed work, ensuring proper alignment, torque, and fit.
• Operate hoists, lifts, or other mechanical devices to position parts and assemblies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Familiar with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Basic computer literacy for accessing work instructions and recording data.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
• Teamwork and communication in a production environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Prior assembly experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

• On‑site position based in Tulsa, OK.
• No travel required.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed, including weekends or extended shifts.

Starting pay for this position is $16.50 per hour. This is a full‑time, hourly position.
