Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a VRC Loader. This position will be responsible for loading parts onto a moving production line. This will be a 3rd shift position.

• Checks for incoming materials so production is not stalled.
• Ensures work area is clean and performs necessary housekeeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Needs flexibility with production hours.
• Able to recognize parts that do not meet specifications.
• Able to stand at work station for a long period of time.
• Required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Ability to follow and adhere to the dress code.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
• Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent

• 6 months experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Able to maintain a safe working environment that is conducive to productivity.
• Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
• Able to work side by side with other Loaders.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
• Good understanding of quality control.
