* * Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Welder.
** What you will be doing:
*** This position will accurately weld gates and parts to dimensional drawings using mig and flux cored processes.
** The skills and experience you need:
*** High School diploma or GED
* Previous welding experience or tech school required
* Must be able to operate equipment safely
* Must be able to mig weld steel parts
* Must be able to read a tape measure
* Must be able to read/interpret drawings
* May be required to pass tests related to AWS D1.1, D1.1M Structural welding code, AWS D1.3 Structural welding code sheet steel.
