Position Overview
As a Radial Drill Operator, you will:
- Attend and participate in safety meetings.
- Follow all safety and company policies.
- Predictably attend work and be punctual.
- Follow instructions accurately.
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Manage and operate drilling equipment.
- Analyze instructions for discrepancies.
- Complete jobs in the system (Syteline).
- Assist in other areas as needed.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Follow quality systems and safety procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and walking.
- Occasional climbing and working at heights.
Experience Needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 6 months manufacturing experience.
- Ability to differentiate between various drill bits and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools.
