We are seeking a skilled Precision Grinder to work for a great company! The Precision Grinder will be responsible for producing tight‑tolerance components that meet strict quality and customer specifications while supporting daily production goals in a fast‑paced, high‑precision environment.

• Set up and operate surface, OD/, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings.
• Select, dress, and maintain appropriate grinding wheels for each job.
• Inspect finished parts to confirm tight tolerances and high‑quality finishes.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
• Perform basic maintenance and light repairs on grinding equipment.
• Work with team members and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company standards.

• Minimum 3 years of precision grinding or high‑tolerance machining experience.
• Hands‑on experience with grinding machines, tooling, and materials.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to work well within a team.
