About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to start in material handling and grow into machine operator roles, with potential advancement to lead or supervisor positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow work orders or oral instructions to determine materials or containers to move or deliver
  • Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
  • Transport materials from storage or work sites to designated areas
  • Move products to chip bins and trash containers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines
Essential Skills
  • Previous material handling experience in a heavy industrial setting
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience/training
Additional Qualifications
  • Machine operation experience preferred for advancement opportunities
  • Strong commitment to safety and safe work habits
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment

Operators work Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday shifts. Weekend operators work 36 hours but are paid for 40 hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
