, a world-class aircraft manufacturer, located in Tulsa, OK
.

• Competitive pay rate: $25.66/hr
• Full-time, consistent 1st shift schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 12‑month contract
• Opportunity to work with a globally recognized aircraft manufacturer
• Hands‑on role supporting advanced composite aircraft production in a team‑oriented environment

• Manufacturing a variety of composite aircraft parts to meet production and quality specifications
• Performing composite functions including lay‑up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and repair
• Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine work sequence
• Using specialized tools and precision measuring equipment (6" scale, 1" micrometer, 6" dial caliper)
• Inspecting work to ensure defect‑free assemblies prior to inspection
• Maintaining accurate logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, CRABS, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while supporting FOD, 5S, safety, and Lean initiatives
• Performing other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of composite bonding experience
• Experience working with composite resins and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measurements
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Flexibility to work any shift, if needed
