We have been retained to recruit for a Quality & Food Safety Manager for a company with a strong culture, leadership, and growth. This role will have complete responsibility for food safety and quality in a high-speed beverage plant. It has 1 supervisor, 4 leads and 12 technicians reporting into it.
OverviewLocation:
Tulsa, OK
- Oversee all quality and food safety programs for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and internal standards.
- Lead a team consisting of 1 supervisor, 4 leads and 12 technicians to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Minimum of 5 years working in food safety and quality for a food or beverage manufacturing plant
- Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
- SQF, PCQI and HACCP certifications
- Experience with FDA regulations
