Pick loads, load trailers, stage product for pickup, pull product, move product with lift truck/turret truck within the warehouse.

• Follow all Company policies and procedures
• Maintain an accurate cycle count of product
• Move product from staging area to designated area within the warehouse
• Safely drive lift truck/turret trucks or yard trailers trucks as required
• Maintain row tags for material staged on the floor
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• Operates the forklift to move materials to the lines as needed
• Inspects all pallets for accuracy in regards to weight and correct
• Stacking configuration
• Place finished goods in appropriate area in the warehouse
• Maintains proper housekeeping while performing duties
• Required to assist wherever needed
• Perform daily safety check before using forklift each shift
• Follow all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
• Performs inventory control activities, verifies product fits on loads, verifies accuracy of pick/pack and staged orders, performs warehouse consolidation efforts, and performs warehouse walk through reporting all discrepancies to Leadership
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by Leadership

• Understand methods of shipping/loading requirements, weight requirements, and customers’ special instructions.
• Be willing and capable to work overtime, as required.

Six months in a shipping / warehouse environment

• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to do functional math: (i.e. add, subtract, multiply and divide)

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• Manual dexterity required with exposure to arm, wrist and back fatigue.
• The employee continuously uses their arms, hands and fingers to handle, grasp, hold, grip and squeeze.
• The employee routinely bends and lifts up to 50 pounds and climbs/descends stairs.
• The employee stands approximately 2 hours and routinely walks the warehouse area to check production and consult with other employees.
• The employee routinely steps up 1 ½ feet and pulls themselves into the seat of a forklift.
