Welding Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for a local Tulsa Shop. ONLY Qualified Applicants will be considered!

Salary range is $85K-$100K Per Year with Bonus Structure.

Must have Welding Knowledge and Supervisory Experience.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure production goals and KPI's are met within the designated timeframe
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Monitor, track and meet project budgeted labor hours
• Ensure production efficiencies meet or exceed expectations
• Ensure safety, quality and on time delivery
• Ensure quality hold points are followed and all travelers are reviewed and signed off on prior to completion

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing environment
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and departments simultaneously
• Ability to provide clear verbal directions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge in welding and manufacturing processes
• Regular and predictable attendance
