C2502– Production Analyst II at The Bama Companies, Inc
The Production Analyst II is responsible for ensuring that all production information is correct and is explained using charts, graphs, reports or other means necessary. The role provides support to all aspects of Operations process and provides data to Finance team as necessary. It assists with aligning the production schedule with the customer demand, maintaining finished goods formulas, researching/analyzing transactional data and producing consumable reports.
This role reports directly to the Production Planning and Scheduling Manager.
- Create Production Reports, including charts and graphs, such as downtime, waste, scrap, line efficiency, product profitability, daily production analysis and other requested reports.
- Assist the production scheduling process at 2 to 4 weeks out for the production facilities.
- Input the planned production into Microsoft D365 and maintain all transactional statuses associated with the schedule.
- Analyze and monitor D365 transactions and make modifications as necessary.
- Provide updates about production formulas to the Finance Department & Production Planning & Scheduling Manager.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft D365.
- Effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
- Education and/or job related experience to perform the role.
- Must be able to work independently and accurately.
- Capable of setting up and reading computer data.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Demonstrates passion for the job, role and company.
- Problem solving ability.
- Interaction with Operations teams and regular site visits to Bama facilities.
- Provides leadership in strategic planning and prioritization.
