Position: Stick Welder

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: Proven experience as a Stick Welder (SMAW), blueprint reading, knowledge of welding safety standards, ability to work in industrial environments.

Education: High School Diploma;
Welding certification preferred but not required.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pro Recruiters is seeking a Stick Welder to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Perform Stick (SMAW) welding on steel, iron, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with fabrication or labor tasks as needed.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in environments with heat, noise, or confined spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
