Assembler/Welders 1st Shift

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Action Group Staffing is seeking experienced

Assemblers/Weldersto build enclosure systems and metal assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, perform light welding, and assemble components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials throughout the shift
• Basic welding experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Pass drug screen and background check

• Assemble enclosure systems and metal components according to work orders and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written work instructions
• Safelyoperatehand and power tools, including grinders, magnetic drills, and cut-off wheels
• Perform light welding and basic fabrication tasks as required
• Verify measurements and ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Lift, position, and secure metal components during assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
• Assist in other production departments as business needs require
