Job Description:
Hire Call is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join a manufacturing team as a Masking Operator. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills!
In this position, you will help prepare aerospace and metal parts for plating by applying protective materials to specific areas. No previous experience is required — training will be provided!
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday:
Half-day schedule
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Responsibilities- Apply masking tape, corks, vinyl tape, and liquid masking to metal parts.
- Cover specific areas of parts to protect them during the plating process.
- Follow written instructions and blueprints when needed.
- Check parts to ensure masking materials are applied correctly.
- Perform hands-on, repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines.
- No previous experience required — willing to train!
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with your hands and handle small materials.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
