Implement and assign work schedule to maximize utilization of manpower, machines, and equipment

Analyze setup time and ensure accuracy, review labor hours, and meet production control schedules

Defines expected production standards and monitors performance standards of assigned personnel

Ensure inspection checks and quality assurance are occurring to produce high quality products

Observe assigned personnel to ensure proper operation of assigned equipment

High school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience or Associates Degree with 5+ years relevant experience or Bachelors with 3+ years of relevant experience

Strong leadership skills and the ability to support divisional objectives

The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner

The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues

Work is performed in a factory setting, with most of the time being spent moving around different areas of manufacturing and shipping areas. The incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, as well as talk and listen on the phone and in personal conversations or meetings. This position will be exposed to all hazards located at manufacturing sites including noise, fumes, excessive heat/cold, dust, welding arc, all chemicals associated with the manufacturing areas, fire, smoke, unstable debris and confined spaces.

Environment is fast-paced and demanding most of the time. This position will require long days to support the Quality initiative for a multi-site, four shift, seven day a week operation.
