- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Assess patient needs and provide emotional support.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
- Utilize data to track and improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in oncology care.
