LPN/RN 12 HR SHIFT Full time at COX HEALTHCARE LTD

Position Summary: Responsible for overall care of assigned residents and supervision of direct care staff in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation.

Position Duties:

• Help implement and evaluate care plans for each resident.
• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practice.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physicians’ orders in a timely manner.
• Report required condition changes and events to appropriate parties.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
