Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15)

Tulsa, OK

• Coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine problems and expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement interventions identified in the plan of care.
• Evaluate patient progress toward attainment of outcomes.
• Assist with plan of care, modify and coordinate care, and communicate well with other disciplines.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the Board of Nursing.
• Conduct discharge planning, assisting patients/significant others to obtain knowledge about illness, injury prevention, and teaching.
• Maintain confidentiality with all information.
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned.

Valid RN license (OK/Compact) required.

Must be within a 75-mile radius of Tulsa, OK.

Contract:

91 guaranteed hours. Must be able to travel and float to similar units as needed.
