Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 7pm to 7am

Tulsa Nursing Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work an 8-hour shift providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team that is recognized for its achievements and contributions.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Assure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
