Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – FT Days | Tulsa LTACH

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides nursing care under RN supervision on the medical‑surgical unit, gathers and reports data, performs therapeutic procedures, and assists with patient care.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing care and therapeutic procedures as directed by RN.
- Gather and report patient data accurately.
- Carry out orders and assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with PAM Health policies.
- Assist with patient transportation and facility safety protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Current BLS certification.
- Inpatient medical‑surgical experience preferred; one year desired.
- Experience in emergency or critical care, ventilator support, PICC lines, etc., preferred.
- 2+ years in direct patient care desirable.
