  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development over the life span; assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret information needed to identify each patient’s age-specific needs.
  • Plan for the provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current Oklahoma RN License
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
