Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role in the medical‑surgical renal unit. Night shift PRN in Tulsa, OK.

- Hillcrest Medical Center: 656‑bed hospital with specialty centers (Burn, Women’s, Rehabilitation, Cancer, Heart).
- LPN accountable for nursing care under RN or licensed practitioner supervision.
- LPN must demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to patient age and unit.
- Must adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Provide nursing care under RN supervision or licensed practitioner.
- Develop, modify, and implement plan of care per HHS standards.
- Assess patients and collect data reflecting patient status.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team to advance quality patient care.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current LPN license at hire.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS, PALS, etc. may be required for specific units.
Night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) PRN. Approximately 1–2 per month, with travel to Sand Springs, OK.
