Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 10PM‑6AM shift (Mon‑Fri) at Selectis Health's Southern Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tulsa, OK. The RN will be the backbone of a strong clinical culture, delivering competent care and safety to all residents.

$35.00/hr – $39.00/hr.

• Provide bedside care.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques.
• Ensure the resident’s chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify appropriate parties of any changes.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess resident condition.
• Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents’ care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident condition changes.

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN).
• Must have a current BLS CPR card.
• One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
