Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

We are hiring Registered Nurses for the Emergency Room to join a fast‑paced acute care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career RNs
, including those with less than one year of experience, who are looking to build strong clinical skills in emergency medicine while working within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license

• BLS certification required

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

• Less than 1 year of RN experience welcomed

• Acute care or ER exposure preferred

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

• Provide age‑appropriate, culturally sensitive, and patient‑centered care

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Support patient discharge planning and education

• Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education activities

• Apply independent judgment in clinical decision‑making within established guidelines

• Base salary: $62,056 – $96,203
