Located on the campus of Hillcrest Medical Center with 13 clinics across the region, OHI combines the expertise of nationally recognized cardiovascular physicians with the region’s most advanced technology and personalized patient care.
• Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
• Participate in development, modification, and implementation of plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high quality patient care.
• Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• Oklahoma State LPN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS, PALS, etc. may be required for specific units.
