Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit night shift position requiring an OK or compact RN license and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities- Stepdown unit in a hospital setting
- Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week (18:30 - 07:00)
- Patient ratio is 1:4
- Weekend shifts required as part of schedule
- EPIC charting experience is preferred but not required
- Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted
- First time travelers are welcome
- No travel pairs or groups will be considered
- No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved
- No time off is permitted during the first week of orientation
- Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- 1-2 years of stepdown nursing experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Must not have been a permanent staff member at the facility within the past year
