- Assist in all aspects of nursing care and support residents
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess, document, and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments and nursing interventions as required
- Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs
- Ensure supplies and equipment are used economically and maintained safely
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid LPN license for Oklahoma required
- Valid CPR certification
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Cooperative team member and effective communicator with residents, families, and staff
- Decisive and quick reaction in emergency situations
- Maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
