• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; transfer compact licenses within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component;
  Aveanna will assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Preferred: at least 6 months of hands‑on nursing experience; not required.
• Reliable transportation.

• Provide one‑to‑one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physician‑prescribed care plans and document care in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Promote health and teach and train family members.
