Schedule

Night shift from 18:30 to 07:00, working 3 days per week. Availability for weekends is required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN for a stepdown unit who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous charge experience.
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:4.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
