Miller Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing expertise and ensure services identified in the Plan of Care are delivered to hospice patients and families during and after regular work hours. The role includes potential visits, admissions or RN triage as needed.
You will work with the Interdisciplinary Team to coordinate care, educate patients and families about the Medicare Hospice benefit, and ensure adherence to policy, procedures and regulatory standards.
