Oncology Nurse Navigator: Care Coordinator

Saint Francis Cancer Center Administration – Yale Campus in Tulsa, OK seeks an oncology nurse navigator to coordinate care for hematology/oncology patients from diagnosis through survivorship. You will facilitate timely appointments, coordinate communications among providers, and connect patients with community services.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in oncology nursing or patient education, a valid RN license, and a patient-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
