Shanadoa Home Health has served Bartlesville and Tulsa for 19 years, and we're growing. We need an experienced RN to cover 2–6 Start of Care and Resumption of Care visits each weekend. You get a set weekend schedule with no on-call, no 12-hour shifts and no floor to cover.

• $135 per SOC/ROC visit when you chart it the same day
• $125 per visit when you chart it within 48 hours
• Mileage is paid separately. It's never taken out of your visit rate.
• Orientation is paid at $30/hour. We don't expect you to learn our system for free.

That's $270 to $810 a weekend, plus mileage. A typical four-visit weekend pays $540.

• No on-call, ever. When your last visit is charted, your weekend is yours. Your phone stays quiet at 2 a.m.
• Every visit is an admission. You won't have a weekend of routine visits to fill out the schedule. You'll do the work that sets the plan of care, which is where your assessment skills matter most.
• You're paid for your work, not your time on the clock. Organized, efficient nurses do very well here.
• You’ll have real backup. Our clinical leadership, up to and including our administrator, is available to support you during your visits. You won't be alone in a patient's living room with no one to call.
• Your schedule is predictable. You'll know your weekend, so you can plan your life around it.

• Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact)
• Home health and OASIS Start of Care experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Comfortable documenting on a tablet or laptop
