Join our team as a weekend shift, full-time Rehabilitation Unit Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care activities in line with standards.
- Providing age-appropriate care by understanding growth, development, and patient-specific needs.
- Developing and modifying individualized care plans to ensure efficient and effective treatment.
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer, prior to direct patient care.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
