Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and drive excellence in resident care. We are looking for a hands-on clinical leader who can build a strong nursing team, improve clinical outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Lead and oversee all nursing department operations to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, incidents, and resident satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, Oklahoma state requirements, and facility policies.

• Lead survey preparation, investigations, and corrective action plans.

• Manage nursing schedules, overtime, labor costs, and staffing efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to achieve facility goals.

• Promote a positive work environment focused on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Active Oklahoma RN license in good standing.

• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and survey readiness.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing, and improve resident outcomes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality care and staff development.
