American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring recent home health experience and OASIS/HCHB EMR proficiency.
Requirements- Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
- OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Proof of vehicle insurance required
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday with possible weekends
- On-call responsibilities required
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory
- iPad provided for documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients
- Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
- No background check hits accepted
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
- Any RTO must be submitted at time of application, with additional requests after offer requiring on-site manager approval
