ZEVAC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspection Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet all required specifications and standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, thorough, and committed to maintaining high-quality production standards. The position is full time, and in Tulsa Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify product dimensions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks
- Identify, report, and isolate non-conforming materials or products
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in quality control is a plus
- 2–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and inspection methods
- Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physically active work
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality systems is a plus
