Quality Food Safety Manager – oversee plant Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs, lead inspections, certification, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Conduct inspections and audits across all quality performance phases.
- Enforce QA policies and procedures to meet company, customer, and government expectations.
- Lead the plant's SQF certification program and perform customer and annual SQF audits.
- Develop and uphold the Food Safety and HACCP plan; train plant personnel on quality programs.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding inspections and maintain quality programs.
- Collaborate with Plant Manager on facility maintenance and housekeeping.
- Supervise and coach staff as part of plant operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of quality control experience in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in HACCP, SSOP, SOP.
- Knowledge of FDA standards.
- SQF Practitioner and PCQI certification highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of equipment, analytical tools, and food-processing equipment.
