Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM;
Saturdays, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
Pay: $23-$28+/hour, DOE
Position SummaryResponsible for developing, executing, and maintaining CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and ensuring parts comply with strict engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, write, and troubleshoot CMM inspection programs from scratch.
- Perform first-article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections of manufactured components.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Document inspection results, generate quality reports, and communicate non-conformances to the production and quality teams.
- Maintain, calibrate, and care for CMM equipment and precision hand tools.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience programming CMM equipment.
- Strong understanding of metrology, blueprint reading, and GD&T principles.
- Familiarity with standard quality control procedures and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
