Bake the cakes, cheesecakes and pastries behind our custom orders and bakery case.
What you'll do:
- Bake cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies and cream puffs for custom orders and the bakery case
- Mix batters, fillings and icings to our recipes
- Keep production on schedule so decorators have what they need
- Keep the bakery clean and organized
What we’re looking for:
- Baking experience, especially in a bakery or high‑volume kitchen, is a plus
- Comfortable following recipes precisely and working at a steady pace
- Good fit for someone who loves cake and pastry. We don’t make bread
