• Lead and train Team Members on recipes, POS systems, guest service, food safety and store procedures
• Work hands‑on with the team by taking orders, making smoothies, preparing food and completing store prep and cleaning
• Support store opening and closing, cash handling and operational logs
• Assist with weekly inventory counts, receiving deliveries, product organization and waste control
• Prepare, organize and fulfil catering orders, including local deliveries when assigned
• Provide exceptional guest service and help resolve routine guest concerns
• Model reliability, professionalism, teamwork and a positive guest‑first attitude

• Experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, hospitality or customer service roles
• Previous leadership experience such as Shift Lead, Team Captain, Trainer or Assistant Manager preferred
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to train others clearly
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's licence and insurance for catering deliveries
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience
