Position:
Sally Beauty Advisor

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and values your passion and personality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may involve exposure to chemicals and moving parts.
