• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment; remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but no prior sales experience is required; training and coaching will be provided.

$16.01 – $19.91 per hour + $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can result in a top seller earning $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
