Your Role

You can t buy product if it s not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You ve got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Responsibilities include maintaining stock flow, merchandising, and supporting store operations to ensure product availability on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• You ve got a passion for brand standards:
  You keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base:
  You keep the Stockroom organized and running efficiently, with merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures in order.
• You re innovative:
  When you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action.
• Teamwork:
  You help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Safety and integrity:
  You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO s policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
• Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave; REAL rewards may be provided at AEO s discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level/type, location, classification, and years of service.
