LIFT TRUCK Operator; Tulsa- Safety Sensitive

Schedule: 9:00am - Done, Wednesday & Sunday off

Pay: $14.82

Under general supervision, the Lift Truck Operator is responsible for operating a lift truck up to 45 feet in the air to receive, store, and distribute merchandise. The Lift Truck Operator will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment while constantly maintaining the highest level of customer service while abiding by all safety guidelines.

• Pulling orders
• Packing and repacking
• Loading merchandise for customers
• Unloading trucks
• Stocking merchandise using lift truck/tugger
• Knowledge of lift truck procedures
• Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service
• Respond to instructions from Control Booth in regard to proper merchandise to pull
• Keep warehouse area clean
• Assist other departments in the warehouse as needed
• Transfer materials as needed
• Maintain aisle assigned by manager
• Put merchandise away properly
• Check daily closing assignments and responsibilities
• Any other duties as directed by management

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs; must be able to pass lift truck licensing test (written and physical); must weigh less than 300 lbs (OSHA requirement); ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of merchandise handling, safety, and employment procedures.

Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 35 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.

Indoor, climate controlled environment. Lift Truck Operators/Tugger Operators perform tasks up to 45 feet in the air.
