We are seeking a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is success‑driven and self‑motivated. You’ll be the face of Family Tree Roofing, providing solutions, education, and peace of mind.

• Generate leads through door‑to‑door sales and neighborhood outreach.
• Perform roof inspections, document findings, and educate homeowners.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to advocate for homeowners.
• Prepare estimates and present solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Manage projects from contract signing through build completion and payment collection.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently.
• Represent Family Tree Roofing professionally in the community.

• Previous sales experience preferred (construction/roofing a plus), but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with door‑knocking, cold calling, and fieldwork.
• Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

$85,000 - $250,000
