Jerith Manufacturing, LLC, an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking for a Territory Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for handling all customer‑relations including: processing sales orders, providing timely quotations, order follow‑up which may include truckload management and extended customer service within the inside sales team.

• Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. This includes communicating with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders.
• Maintain customer shipment schedule. Use CRM Software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding ongoing construction and jobsite projects.
• Be team oriented and personally motivated for success.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
• Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
• Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task.
• Strong phone skills and bi‑lingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
• Be team oriented and take personal and self‑responsibility for development and increased competency in role.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
