Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Territory Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for handling all customer relations, including processing sales orders, providing timely quotations, order follow up, truckload management and extended customer service within the inside sales team.
What you will be doing:- Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, communicating with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer shipment schedule and log notes and relevant customer information regarding ongoing construction and jobsite projects using CRM Software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
- Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
- Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong phone skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
