Sales Engineer

Location:

Tulsa, OK

Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 per year

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Experience:

10+ years in technical sales or manufacturing engineering related to automated assembly processes.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description
  • Develop new sales opportunities in the North American market.
  • Secure customer orders to expand the company's market share.
  • Achieve at least $2,000,000 in incremental sales revenue in the first year.
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through strong technical and consultative selling.
  • Research via the internet, trade publications, networking, and cold calling.
  • Connect with resin formulators for upcoming project insights.
  • Conduct sales visits, calls, and email outreach.
  • Consult on customer applications and develop conceptual solutions.
  • Review cost calculations with Project Engineering and determine pricing strategy.
  • Draft formal budget proposals and quotes and secure approval from engineering and management.
  • Report technical, pricing, and service competitiveness insights.
  • Monitor progress from design approval to installation and ensure customer satisfaction with project performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Experience in automotive e‑mobility or electronics assembly (preferred).
  • Background in capital equipment system sales or manufacturing engineering.
  • Application engineering ability to communicate technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing, promotion, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to sell capital equipment systems and justify ROI.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Analytical ability to assess customer needs and opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High motivation to close sales and win a high percentage of quoted projects.
  • Strong command of English grammar and composition.
  • HSA contribution: $125/month for EE and $250/month for ES/EC/EF.
  • 401(k) matching: 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the following 2%.
